Adding embroidery is an extra special touch, and therefore, takes a little longer. Please allow 4-5 working days for our Embroidery Team to perfect your special gift.

Our warehouse is closed at weekends to give our hard-workers some time off, so any orders placed at weekends will be dispatched from the following Monday.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. With the exception of embroidered items, we accept returns up to 30 days after purchase and 14 days for sale and online sample sale products. T&Cs apply.
