This global movement is about using business as a force for good, ensuring that success is measured by impact, not just profit.
Why TBCo Became a B Corp
For us, sustainability and ethical responsibility have always been at the heart of what we do. Becoming a B Corp in 2023 was not about changing our values. It was about holding ourselves accountable and continuously improving. From responsible sourcing to sustainable product development, we integrate positive impact into every decision we make.
What B Corp Means for TBCo
Being a B Corp means constantly evolving. It is not a one-time certification. It is a commitment to measuring and improving across every part of our business, year after year.
Through the B Impact Assessment, we scored 88.6. Every point behind that score represents a real decision: the materials we choose, the suppliers we have stayed with, the policies we have written, the hours our team gave back to their communities.
99.6% of our fibres are natural or recycled. That commitment to materials is not recent. It is where TBCo started, and it shapes every product we make.
Across governance, our team, community, environment, and customers, we continue to hold ourselves to a standard that goes beyond legal compliance. With B Corp re-certification on the horizon, we are focused on going further still.

Why Being a B Corp Matters
Achieving B Corp certification is a significant milestone for any company. As of 2024, there are over 2,000 certified B Corporations in the UK, reflecting a growing commitment to responsible business practices. Globally, the movement encompasses over 9,000 certified B Corps across 103 countries and 162 industries. This certification is still relatively rare, and that matters to us.
